Job summary

Arup Ireland is seeking talented students to join our team for a few months as interns. You will work with experienced structural engineers on real projects, contributing to structural designs across reinforced concrete, steel, timber and masonry.

You will also undertake structural modelling using software such as GSA or Tekla Structural Designer and participate in technical learning sessions with your team. The role targets students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering (NFQ Level 8/9 or equivalent).
• Willingness to work with experienced structural engineers on real projects.
• Exposure to structural modelling software and concepts.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with experienced structural engineers to design structural elements in reinforced concrete, steel, timber or masonry.
• Undertake structural modelling using software such as GSA and Tekla Structural Designer.
• Participate in project work and learning sessions with technical experts within the team.
