Job summary

Lex Consultancy is seeking a Project Administrator in Dublin 2 for a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote). The position supports the Sustainability and Client Transformation team, with responsibilities spanning research, stakeholder engagement and event coordination.

The role requires a Level 8 qualification, strong communication and organisational skills, and an interest in sustainability and green transition initiatives. Closing date applies.

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification to a minimum Level 8.
• Interest in sustainability and green economy initiatives.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
• Ability to research, analyse information and identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support sustainability and Green Capital investment initiatives across the client portfolio.
• Assist with the preparation of strategic proposals for senior stakeholders and committees.
• Research and monitor emerging sustainability trends, technologies and opportunities.
• Analyse client business plans to identify sustainability opportunities.
• Support relationships with clients and stakeholders through engagement and service.
• Contribute to sustainability knowledge-sharing across teams.
• Assist with planning, coordinating and delivering marketing and sustainability-focused events.
• Engage with decision-makers and stakeholder groups to support sustainability initiatives.
• Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support project management activities and ongoing learning.
