Maslow - SAP & ERP Talent is seeking a Data & Business Intelligence Analyst for Sustainability in County Cavan, Ireland. You will own the sustainability data environment, shaping data architecture, governance and reporting from ground up.

This foundation role offers growth as the function develops, with visibility into environmental targets, regulatory reporting and strategic decisions across the organisation. Strong BI and AI skills are essential.

Qualifications

Degree or higher in data analytics, statistics, CS, sustainability or related field.
Typically 3–5 years' experience in data analytics, BI, information systems or engineering.
Strong experience with Excel, Power BI, data modelling, DAX, SQL, Power Query, APIs, Microsoft Fabric, KPI development and data governance.
Ability to analyse carbon, energy, waste, water and resource information to identify trends and gaps.
Excellent stakeholder-management skills and ability to translate technical data into business insight.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently across multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Data & Governance: Collect, connect, transform and validate environmental data from multiple areas.
Automation & AI: Create automated workflows, data pipelines and AI-enabled reporting solutions.
Insight & Reporting: Build and improve Power BI dashboards and external reporting outputs.
Partnership & Influence: Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure trusted data sources.
