Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Strong SQL skills with hands-on data manipulation and analysis experience.
• Experience with Power BI (or similar visualization tools).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify meaningful insights beyond standard reporting requirements.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex topics to non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative mindset across business and technical teams.
• Experience with Python, R, Power Automate or other analytics/automation tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities within large, complex datasets
• Perform deep-dive analyses to understand drivers behind business performance
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting and datasets
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI (or other tools)
• Write, optimize, and manage SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
• Contribute to defining best practices for analysis, reporting, and visualization
• Monitor key metrics and flag unusual movements or data quality issues
• Look for ways to automate or streamline reporting and analysis workflows
• Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance analytics
• Develop understanding of business, industry, products and market dynamics
