Zusammenfassung

Breedon Group is seeking a Contracts Supervisor for the Cork area to manage surfacing operations and related works. You will ensure timely material delivery, supervise site activities, and coordinate with sub-contractors to meet contract requirements.

The role requires a construction qualification or extensive highway works experience, valid driving licence, and strong IT skills (Excel/Outlook/Word). A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Third level construction qualification or 2+ years in highway works.
• GCSEs or equivalent with 5 years demonstrable experience is acceptable.
• Must possess a valid driving licence.
• Computer literacy with Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Ability to solve problems in a fast-moving site environment.

Aufgaben

• Plan, organise and manage the site and materials in line with contract specs.
• Inspect site pre-works to verify substrate condition and order quantities.
• Maintain adherence to daily work schedules and resources.
• Coordinate site activities including sub-contractors within the project schedule.
• Manage service and maintenance of plant and equipment daily.
• Ensure sites are clean and meet client satisfaction.
• Maintain client relationships and provide project updates.
• Ensure roles are staffed and performance reviewed.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Submit completion paperwork to contracts manager within 7 days.
