Job summary

Company Details Confidential is seeking care support workers for Dundalk and surrounding areas in Ireland. You will provide daily living support, promote independence, accompany clients to appointments and activities, and follow bespoke care and risk plans. Full driving licence required; Garda vetting and references will be completed.

Shift patterns include 12-hour day/night, weekends and holidays. Essential: 2 years experience, Level 4 qualification, driving licence.

Qualifications

• Essential: Minimum 2 years of experience in care or related field.
• Full B driving licence required.
• Eligible to work in Ireland and Garda vetted may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living support including cooking, shopping, budgeting, and routines.
• Encourage independence per individual's support plan.
• Assist with appointments, day services, training, sport and family visits.
• Follow risk and behaviour support plans; administer and record medication (training provided).
• Write daily notes and incident reports; report safeguarding concerns.
• Work as part of a small team on a planned rota.
