Qualifications

• Previous experience in a support role or relevant life experience is desirable but not essential.
• A full driving licence is required, or candidates must be actively working towards obtaining one.
• Flexibility and reliability to work across a range of shifts in line with service requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with planning and managing daily activities and routines.
• Assist individuals while accessing and participating in their local community.
• Support individuals in education, skills development and achieving personal goals.
• Help individuals develop independent living skills such as cooking, cleaning and attending appointments.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and codes of practice.
• Work flexible shift patterns across a 24-hour, 7-day service.
