The role of the Social Care Worker is to provide high-quality care and support to individuals who avail of our services. The above job specification is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all Skills Requirement A Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Social Studies, or a related discipline is essential. Registration with the relevant professional body, including CORU registration where applicable, is required. Previous experience working in a social care or support setting is desirable, but not essential. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for supporting individuals to live fulfilling, meaningful, and independent lives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive and professional relationships with individuals, families, colleagues, and external professionals. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. A full driving licence is required, or candidates must be actively working towards obtaining one. Flexibility and reliability to work across a range of shifts in line with service requirements.
