Job summary

Attuned HealthCare is seeking passionate Support Workers / HCA for Residential Services across Dublin and surrounding areas. You will deliver person-centered care, support independence, and collaborate with teams in a small residential setting.

Flexibility is essential with a 24/7 roster, weekend and public holiday shifts. QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support or equivalent is required, with Garda Vetting and right to work in Ireland. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Salary: €29,406 - €32,448 DOE

The Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centered support in a small residential care setting, empowering individuals to live meaningful, independent lives.

As our services operate on a 24/7 basis, flexibility is essential. The successful candidate must be available to work rostered shifts across Monday to Sunday, including day shifts, evening shifts, waking night shifts, sleepovers, weekends and public holidays, in line with operational requirements.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum QQI Level 5 Major Award in Healthcare Support, Social Care, or equivalent
• Strong communication, IT, report writing, and planning skills
• Full, clean driving licence (preferable)
• Subject to Garda Vetting
• Legal right to work in Ireland
• Strong commitment to safeguarding and best practice
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
• Ability and willingness to work within a 24/7 rostered service, including weekends, public holidays, sleepover duties and waking night shifts.
