Job summary
Attuned HealthCare is seeking passionate Support Workers / HCA for Residential Services across Dublin and surrounding areas. You will deliver person-centered care, support independence, and collaborate with teams in a small residential setting.
Flexibility is essential with a 24/7 roster, weekend and public holiday shifts. QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support or equivalent is required, with Garda Vetting and right to work in Ireland. Competitive salary and benefits offered.
Qualifications
- Must hold QQI Level 5 Major Award in Healthcare Support or equivalent.
- Strong communication, IT, report writing, and planning skills required.
- Full, clean driving licence preferred; Garda Vetting and legal right to work in Ireland required.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centered support in a small residential care setting.
- Assist individuals to live meaningful, independent lives and support daily living activities.
- Work 24/7 rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
