Job summary

Softworks Ltd in Bray, Co. Wicklow, is seeking a Support Technician to join the Technical Support team. You will deliver high-quality technical support, troubleshoot issues, and work with Development, Projects and Customer Success teams to log and prioritise queries in line with SLAs.

The role requires the relevant qualification or relevant work experience; basic hours are 37.5 per week; minimum salary is €36,605 per annum. This is an on-site position based in Bray.

Must have the relevant qualification or relevant work experience. The basic weekly hours are 37.5 hours. Minimum salary is €36,605 per annum.
