It operates on a 37-hour week within a 4-week roster, with a salary scale €35,434–€44,539 and a permanent, full-time contract. Essential qualifications include a QQI Level 5 major award in health service skills or healthcare support, plus at least 1 year in a similar care setting.

Qualifications

• Qualification: QQI Level 5 Major Award in Health Service Skills (5M3782) or Healthcare Support (5M4339).
• Experience: 1 year in a similar care setting.
• Driving: Valid full driving licence; access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support clients from all backgrounds in a trauma-informed approach to implement support plans.
• Stay compliant with organisation policies and health and safety standards.
• Log and record interventions on relevant systems and communicate within the team.
• Willingness to adapt to support client and service needs.
