Job summary

Galway Simon Community seeks a Team Leader for County Community Housing Services, overseeing day-to-day operations and case management. Lead staff and volunteers to ensure safe, client-centred services aligned with best practice.

You will develop services, supervise performance, and ensure compliance with standards while collaborating with external agencies to maximize supports for clients’ housing goals.

Qualifications

• Social Care Worker CORU registration or a Level 7 degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar care role.
• Full driving licence and access to vehicle for business use.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational management in line with best practice and National Quality Standards for Homeless Services.
• Contribute to development of County Community Housing Services and provide leadership to staff and volunteers.
• Ensure high quality, safe, flexible supports for clients and promote professionalism and accountability.
• Maintain client file compliance and manage service referral processes with a client-focused approach.
