Qualifications

• Experience leading a supply chain planning team.
• Strong stock availability and demand forecasting background.
• Ability to manage expiry exposure and slow-moving stock.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to the Supply Chain Planning team with clear direction.
• Oversee stock availability and forward planning aligned to demand and budget.
• Review forecasts, lead times, and inventory to reduce shortages and excess.
• Maintain credible recovery or contingency plans for disruptions.
• Deliver monthly reporting on stock health and commercial outcomes.
• Collaborate with Finance on cost-to-serve and margins.
• Engage with suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage shortages and lead times.
