Job summary

Litec Moulding Ltd. in Sligo seeks a Supply Chain Manager to implement group-wide strategies at site level, ensuring cost-effective end-to-end operations across procurement, planning, logistics and customer order management.

You will lead a local team, develop procurement and sourcing strategies, manage demand and production planning, and drive continuous improvement and data quality within the global reporting framework.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role/function
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-related field
• English C1 – Advanced / business fluent

Responsibilities

• Execute group-wide supply chain strategies and standardized processes at plant level.
• Ensure efficient material flow and reduce cycle time from material ordering to customer delivery to optimize speed-to-market.
• Develop and continuously improve local procurement and sourcing strategies for direct and indirect materials, services, and investments.
• Plan and manage demand, production, supply, and sales through standardized planning and forecasting processes.
• Develop and ensure efficient, safe, and reliable logistics and inventory operations, including movement, storage, and processing of materials.
• Define, implement, and maintain local supply chain reporting in alignment with the global reporting framework.
• Lead, develop, and manage the local Supply Chain team, ensuring skills development, motivation, and performance in line with business needs.

Your Role

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for implementing and executing group‑wide Supply Chain strategies and standardized processes at site level.
