Job summary

Litec Moulding Ltd. in Ireland seeks a capable Supply Chain Manager to implement group-wide strategies across procurement, planning, logistics, and customer order management. You will drive efficient material flow, improve cycle times, and lead the local supply chain team to meet performance goals.

The role emphasizes demand planning, forecasting, and reporting within a global framework, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role/function.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-related field.
• English C1 – Advanced / business fluent.

Responsibilities

• Execute group-wide supply chain strategies and standardized processes at plant level.
• Ensure efficient material flow and reduce cycle time from material ordering to customer delivery to optimize speed-to-market.
• Develop and continuously improve local procurement and sourcing strategies for direct and indirect materials, services, and investments.
• Plan and manage demand, production, supply, and sales through standardized planning and forecasting processes.
• Develop and ensure efficient, safe, and reliable logistics and inventory operations, including movement, storage, and processing of materials.
• Define, implement, and maintain local supply chain reporting in alignment with the global reporting framework.
• Lead, develop, and manage the local Supply Chain team, ensuring skills development, motivation, and performance in line with business needs.
