Job summary

Supermac's in Blackrock, Co. Dublin, seeks an experienced Supervisor to lead a busy shift. You will work closely with the Store Manager to deliver excellent service and ensure daily tasks are completed to a high standard.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in food retail, strong planning and people skills, and the ability to drive performance. This role is hands-on, customer-focused, and involves training and developing the team while coordinating in-store promotions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor in food/retail.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Proven ability to develop and lead teams.
• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Track record of achieving targets.

Work Environment

Fast-paced, “non-stop” environment. Physically demanding at times due to certain requirements of the business with regard to the level of business, quality of staff, quantity of staff, preparedness for business demands, etc. Certain business volumes necessitate prolonged periods of time without sitting down.
