Polonez LTD in Dublin and Galway is seeking a Supervisor Assistant with experience in food retail. The role supports the Supervisor in store management, handles orders and cash, and helps monitor staff performance. We offer a fast-paced, target-driven environment with room for career growth.

Candidates should have at least 6 months in food retail, excellent communication, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Day shifts span five days a week, including weekends and holidays.

For the position of Supervisor Assistant, we are looking for candidates with proven experience in a relevant role. In this role, you will support the Supervisor in store management. Your responsibilities will include order management, cash handling, monitoring staff performance, and offering guidance and support to your colleagues.
