Job summary

Kilkenny Design in Whitewater Newbridge is seeking a supervisor to join the team. You will lead a sales team, drive the customer experience, and help achieve store targets while applying clear processes across logistics, admin, stock, and cash handling.

You will motivate and develop the team on the shop floor, ensure high standards, collaborate with colleagues, and take initiative to run day-to-day store operations.

About You

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a supervisor to join the Kilkenny Design team in Whitewater Newbridge. We are seeking an energetic and passionate individual who wants to work with a team that is dedicated to advancing the customer experience through its brand values.

You will be actively involved in motivating and developing a team of highly trained sales team to drive sales forward and achieve store targets. You will you play a key role in adapting and applying clear practises and procedures across the store from, logistics, administration, stock management, customer service and cash management.

• Lead by example in creating an outstanding buying experience for all of our customers.
• Have great communication and organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly and ensuring general store standards.
• Be collaborative in your nature, and thrive as part of a team, building relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
• To succeed in the role it is imperative that you showcase your initiative in the day to day running of the store.
