Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement- Enrich customers' experiences with personalised advice and uphold a welcoming, tidy store atmosphere.
• Merchandising and Inventory- Ensure shelves stocked with full product availability to minimise discrepancies.
• Team Champion- Collaborate with the Store Manager, inspire and guide the sales team as a trusted keyholder.
• Band Integrity- Achieve targets while keeping pets' needs at the forefront.

• Previous experience as a Supervisor or keyholder.
