Job summary

Maxi Zoo Ireland in Limerick is recruiting a Supervisor to join our largest pet retailer in Ireland. You will lead the sales team, engage customers with personalised service, and ensure a welcoming, well-stocked store environment.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement- Enrich customers' experiences with personalised advice and uphold a welcoming, tidy store atmosphere.
• Merchandising and Inventory- Ensure shelves are stocked with full product availability to minimise discrepancies and maintain high inventory quality.
• Team Champion- Collaborate with the Store Manager, inspire and guide the sales team as a trusted keyholder by sharing product knowledge and open communication.
• Band Integrity- Achieve targets with the pets' needs at the forefront of everything we do.

What you will do:
