LEE KAR BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable site procurement and construction support professional in Ireland.

You will assist site and senior project managers by procuring resources, preparing work schedules, and supervising on-site activities to meet client and management requirements. This role focuses on coordinating materials, labor, equipment and subcontractors, organizing schedules to sequence tasks, and monitoring budgets to prevent overspend while ensuring quality.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with site managers and senior project managers to align on project goals and requirements
• Verify that client and senior management specifications are fulfilled throughout the project
• Procure materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project needs
• Develop and organize work schedules to sequence onsite construction tasks effectively
• Monitor budgets for labor, materials, and equipment to control costs and prevent overspending
• Supervise on-site construction activities and communicate instructions from senior project managers to teams
