Job summary

apetito UK in Ireland is seeking a part-time delivery driver working 24 hours per week, across any 3 days in a 6-day cycle including bank holidays. The role pays €15.50 per hour and sits in our coldstore environment at -20ºC, with protective clothing provided and regular breaks to warm up.

You will deliver meals, assist the office and drive safely while upholding excellent customer service. As part of Wiltshire Farm Foods, you’ll join a team focused on reliability, dining well, and supporting

Qualifications

• Experience within a customer service-based role.
• Full manual driving licence.
• Basic computer literacy including use of phone apps.
• Evidence of work stability.
• Basic secondary education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner.
• Picking orders within the coldstore.
• Using our app to update customers deliveries.
• Delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
• Undertake pre-shift inspection of your van.
• Drive safely, responsibly and within the law.
• Clean and refuel your van as and when needed.
• Contact the office with any discrepancies or delays.
• Ensure customer confidentiality.
• Helping the office team and picking team when required.
• Reporting health and safety, stock quality and mechanical issues.
• Assist the team if another member of the team is absent or on holiday.
• Carry out local marketing activities such as leaflet door drops and sheltered housing visits to attract new customers.
