Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is hiring a delivery driver to bring frozen meals to customers in an Ireland region. You will work in a -20ºC coldstore, with protective clothing provided, and rotate shifts across 3 in 6 days including bank holidays.

The role requires a full manual driving licence, basic computer literacy, and strong customer service skills. You must be punctual, reliable, and able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience within a customer service-based role.
• Full Manual Driving Licence.
• Basic computer literacy including use of phone apps.
• Evidence of work stability.
• Basic secondary education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner.
• Picking orders within the coldstore.
• Use the app to update customers’ deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Undertake pre-shift van inspection and drive safely.
• Refuel/clean van as needed and report issues to office.
