Applegreen is hiring a Subway Manager to oversee daily Subway operations at our Irish sites. You will lead a team, recruit and train staff, manage scheduling and performance, and ensure food hygiene and customer service standards meet company guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years relevant Subway/retail management experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Subway operations ensuring standards in food prep, cooking, cleanliness and customer service.
• Lead and manage a team including recruitment, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and restaurant cleanliness; ensure health and safety compliance.
• Drive sales and achieve targets.
