Job summary

Applegreen invites applications for a Subway Manager at Junction 27, Birdhill, Co. Tipperary. You will oversee daily Subway operations, ensure food safety, drive sales, and maintain high guest service standards in a busy motorway location.

You will lead a small team, recruit, train, schedule, and monitor performance while delivering excellent customer experiences and maintaining a clean, compliant restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a similar management role or fast-food environment.

What will I be doing as a Subway Manager at Applegreen?

• Oversee daily operations of Subway, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas including, food preparation, cooking, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Lead and manage a team of colleagues, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and restaurant cleanliness. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Driving sales forward and achieving sales targets.
