As a Subway Manager at Applegreen, you will be a crucial part of our front-line operations.

*Candidates should be available throughout the week including evenings and weekends.

*Candidates should have a reliable form of transport as the site is located on the motorway.

What will I be doing as a Subway Manager at Applegreen?

• Oversee daily operations of Subway, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas including, food preparation, cooking, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Lead and manage a team of colleagues, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and restaurant cleanliness. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Driving sales forward and achieving sales targets.
