Job summary

Applegreen is hiring a Subway Manager to oversee daily Subway operations at our Irish sites. You will lead a team, recruit and train staff, manage scheduling and performance, and ensure food hygiene and customer service standards meet company guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years relevant Subway/retail management experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

As a Subway Manager at Applegreen, you will be a crucial part of our front-line operations.

*Candidates should be available throughout the week including weekends.

What will I be doing as a Subway Manager at Applegreen?

• Oversee daily operations of Subway, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas including, food preparation, cooking, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Lead and manage a team of colleagues, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and restaurant cleanliness. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Driving sales forward and achieving sales targets.

• Have previous experience of 1-2 years in a similar role.
