Wills Bros Group is seeking an experienced Structures Agent to join the Dublin Airport West Apron Vehicle Underpass project. The role focuses on piling, reinforced concrete works and tunnelling within a live airfield environment, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while coordinating with JV partners and airport operations.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in sites with heavy civils, strong leadership, and a track record delivering complex structures under strict safety constraints.

Formación

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 5–7 years’ experience in Site Agent, Structures Agent, Senior Section Engineer or Bridge Engineer.
• Experience with structures, reinforced concrete, piling, tunnelling or large infrastructure works.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and deliver underpass / tunnel works including piling, precast installation and RC structures.
• Oversee daily site operations in a live airfield environment ensuring safety and operational compliance.
• Lead and coordinate site engineers, foremen, subcontractors and JV partners.
• Support Project Manager in programme planning, sequencing and interface with live airport operations.
• Deliver works beneath active taxiways and runway infrastructure with safe phasing and coordination.
• Prepare programmes, RAMS, method statements, temporary works and ITPs.
• Lead daily briefings and coordination meetings aligned to airside access constraints.
• Monitor progress, productivity, quality and commercial performance of packages.
• Identify and resolve technical/design challenges on complex structures and tunnelling works.
• Coordinate with DAA, design teams and stakeholders; support procurement, planning and reporting.
• Promote Health, Safety, Security & Environmental culture.
