Job summary

Korn Ferry in Ireland is seeking an experienced Senior Workday Core HCM Consultant to take ownership of Core HCM activities across BAU, change requests and project delivery. This hands-on role requires deep expertise and the ability to work independently in a mature Workday environment.

The successful candidate will have 6+ years of Workday experience, strong Core HCM configuration skills, and experience in a global Workday setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years' Workday experience with 10+ years preferred.
• Extensive hands-on Workday Core HCM configuration experience.
• Experience in a global Workday environment and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday Core HCM activity end-to-end across BAU, change requests and project delivery.
• Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM functionality per requirements.
• Manage and support worker lifecycle processes like Hire, Change Job, Transfer, Termination.
• Configure and maintain Supervisory Organisations, Job Profiles, Positions, Staffing Models, Business Processes, and Validations.
• Work in an agile/sprint-based delivery model and manage changes to completion.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with HR Technology teams and stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Assess downstream impacts across Workday modules.
• Contribute to wider Workday projects needing Core HCM expertise.
• Maintain high standards of configuration, documentation, testing and change delivery.
