Job summary

State Street is seeking a Vice President focused on Blockchain & Smart Contract Security to lead cyber risk management for our digital product line. You will work with development teams and cybersecurity peers to protect blockchain assets, identify vulnerabilities, and implement CCSS controls.

The role requires deep expertise in multi-cloud, AI, blockchain, secure architecture, and cryptography, plus proven blockchain auditing and advisory experience at senior levels.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of cybersecurity experience with 3+ years in financial services.
• 2+ years in operational blockchain security and smart contracts.
• 2+ years collaborating with business leadership on enterprise projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and advisory abilities.
• Expertise in cryptography and secure blockchain architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead cyber risk assessments at application/platform/system levels to identify threats.
• Design end-to-end cyber remediation solutions for digital product risks.
• Oversee timely remediation of cyber issues aligned to digital product.
• Collaborate with application and platform owners for security excellence.
• Advise senior management on risk mitigation and new attack vectors.
• Apply knowledge across multi-cloud, AI, blockchain and cryptography domains.
