Job summary

You will act as the key link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, analysing needs, defining requirements, and ensuring successful delivery across the project lifecycle.

The role involves gathering and refining requirements, facilitating workshops, and creating detailed artefacts.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years proven experience in business analysis within technology delivery environments.
• Experience gathering, analysing, documenting, validating, and managing business and technical requirements.
• Experience developing functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability artifacts.
• Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, document, validate, and prioritise requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and refinement activities.
• Create business analysis artefacts including user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps.
• Translate requirements into actionable solutions with cross‑functional teams.
