Qualifications

• 2+ years in talent acquisition, preferably in an agency.
• Experience with diversity and inclusion is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high‑pressure, busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for internal and external roles.
• Source top talent via social media, job boards and direct sourcing.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to fill current and future vacancies.
• Maintain pipelines and monitor candidate progress using ATS.
• Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in selection.
