Job summary

Diageo is seeking a Supply Scheduler for the Littleconnell Brewery network in Ireland. You will translate production plans into achievable schedules, coordinating with brewery teams, packaging sites and partners to maximise service levels and drive efficiency.

You will maintain stock visibility in SAP, support capacity planning and work with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and handling complex schedules across multiple constraints and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, trends and issues for informed decisions.
• Experience using planning and business systems and resolving system-related issues.
• Experience monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvement in planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage short-term brewing, blending and production schedules to meet demand.
• Maintain stock visibility and reporting through SAP and planning systems.
• Coordinate beer movements and tanker planning across sites and partners.
• Support capacity planning and network expansion projects.
• Drive process improvements and new ways of working in planning.
• Monitor KPIs and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver supply chain performance.
• Collaborate with Diageo sites and teams, including St James Gate.
