Job summary

Diageo, Littleconnell Brewery in Co. Kildare, is seeking a Supply Scheduler to translate production plans into feasible schedules for brewing, blending and beer movements across our network.

You will balance customer service, inventory and site constraints while supporting capacity expansion and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with brewery teams, packaging sites and supply chain partners, maintain stock visibility in SAP, monitor KPIs and drive operational excellence

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and handling complex schedules across multiple constraints and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and support decision-making.
• Experience using planning systems and resolving system-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage short-term brewing, blending and production schedules to meet demand and operational requirements.
• Maintain stock visibility and reporting through SAP and planning systems.
• Coordinate beer movements and tanker planning across breweries, packaging sites and third-party partners.
• Support capacity planning activities and network expansion projects to enable future growth.
• Drive continuous improvement by enhancing planning processes and ways of working.
• Monitor KPIs and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver supply chain performance.
