Zusammenfassung

Sysco Ireland is seeking a proactive Supply Planner to manage demand, stock levels and supplier lead times to ensure product availability across our Irish distribution network.

Based in Limerick, Dublin or Belfast, the role requires strong numerical and analytical skills, experience with MRP systems, and the ability to work to tight deadlines while collaborating with suppliers and internal teams.

Weekend and outside-hours work may be required; AX/MRP knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent PC skills and systems knowledge.
• Excel and knowledge of AX and MRP advantageous however training will be provided.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills required.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible, innovative and creative in their attitudes to all issues and areas of the business.
• The ability to analyse and resolve problems effectively and efficiently.
• Excellent team player and willing to interact with customers and suppliers.
• Candidate must be willing to work weekends, bank holidays and outside core office hours.

Aufgaben

• Ensure accurate ordering of product to support sales and mitigate waste by balancing demand forecasts, current stock levels, and supplier lead times.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure contract compliance, including lead times, service levels, and delivery accuracy.
• Support Stock Level KPIs by actively managing DSO, identifying risks early, and taking corrective action.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers for effective communication and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate MRP master data.
• Maintain stocking policies by reviewing product performance and adjusting stocked vs non‑stock status.
