Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or Supply Chain required.
• 6+ years of work experience; 3+ years in strategic sourcing and supplier development.
• Ability to negotiate effectively to obtain best prices and terms.
• Knowledge of supplier contracts and ISO13485 standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of strategic sourcing activities to obtain best value.
• Coordinate sourcing for new product development projects with global strategy.
• Report material costs, manage schedules, and define final material logistics.
• Serve as liaison for sourcing activities with Design and Advanced Operations teams.
• Identify process improvements to speed time-to-market and quality.
