Responsibilities

• Direct, manage, monitor, and control the project.
• Refine project scope with stakeholders and create the Work Breakdown Structure.
• Develop and manage detailed Gantt chart and analyze critical path.
• Collaborate on sub-project budgets and monitor costs.
• Create project Quality Plans using 1-2 quality tools and techniques.
• Develop a risk management plan and risk response plan.
• Contribute to Procurement Management Plan and select partners.
• Define roles and deliverables; provide performance feedback.
• Develop stakeholder management and communications plans.
• Maintain strong relationships across departments and with customers.
• Exercise sound judgment and adapt to changing timelines.
