Natus Medical Incorporated in Ireland is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead a team of sourcing professionals and shape category strategies across Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Product Development in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on developing supply strategies that ensure continuity, drive cost optimization, manage supplier performance, and support long-term business growth while building capability within the team and partnering with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Strategic Sourcing or Procurement leadership roles.
• Experience in manufacturing environment.
• Regulated industry experience advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing and category strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Drive supplier performance across cost, quality, delivery, innovation, and risk.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiations, performance reviews, and strategic partnerships.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, value creation, and continuous improvement.
• Proactively assess and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure operational continuity.
• Support long-term sourcing roadmaps and future business growth initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Strategic Sourcing team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Set clear objectives and performance expectations aligned to business goals.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Experience

Strategic Sourcing Expertise

• Proven experience developing and implementing sourcing or category strategies with measurable business impact.
• Strong supplier management, negotiation, and commercial acumen.
• Experience managing supplier performance, risk, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

Leadership & Management Experience

• Demonstrated success leading, developing, and motivating sourcing, procurement, or supply chain teams.
• Strong people management, coaching, and performance management capabilities.
• Experience building team capability and driving a high-performance culture.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead through change.

Additional Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain leadership roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry experience is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline.
