Job summary

Natus Medical Incorporated in Ireland seeks a Manager, Strategic Sourcing to lead a high-performing team and shape supplier strategies for global neurodiagnostic technology solutions. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality and Product Development to influence decisions with measurable impact on cost, quality and delivery.

You will drive category strategies, governance, and risk management, while ensuring GMP/compliance and development of talent across the sourcing function.

Qualifications

• Experience in Strategic Sourcing or Supply Chain in a regulated environment such as medical devices.
• Leadership that motivates, supports, and develops teams while driving accountability.
• Proven track record delivering measurable category strategy impact.

Manager, Strategic Sourcing

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to step into a visible leadership role at Natus Neuro , where your sourcing expertise will help bring innovative neurodiagnostic technologies to healthcare professionals and patients around the world. You’ll have the scope to shape supplier strategy, build and develop a talented team, and make a clear impact on operational performance across a growing global business .

You’ll work closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Product Development, giving you strong visibility across the business and the chance to influence decisions that matter .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Strategic Sourcing team, creating an environment where people are empowered, supported, and encouraged to grow
• Shape and deliver category strategies that support business growth , cost objectives , and long-term supplier partnerships
• Drive measurable results across cost, quality, service, risk, and innovation
• Strengthen sourcing processes, implement tools, and enhance governance frameworks
• Manage and oversee your team in supplier selection, qualification, audits, and performance management
• Ensure supplier compliance with GMP and quality standards
• Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risk
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve supplier and operational challenges
• Support budgeting, planning, and long-term function development

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in Strategic Sourcing or Supply Chain, ideally gained in a regulated environment such as Medical Device, Pharma , or a similar industry
• A leadership style that motivates, supports , and develops teams while driving accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Proven experience owning and delivering category strategies with measurable impact
• Demonstrated ability to align sourcing strategies with business goals and KPIs
• Experience driving process improvements, tools implementation, and capability building
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
