Natus Medical Incorporated in Ireland seeks a Manager, Strategic Sourcing to lead a high-performing team and shape supplier strategies for global neurodiagnostic technology solutions. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality and Product Development to influence decisions with measurable impact on cost, quality and delivery.

You will drive category strategies, governance, and risk management, while ensuring GMP/compliance and development of talent across the sourcing function.

Qualifications

• Experience in Strategic Sourcing or Supply Chain in a regulated environment such as medical devices.
• Leadership that motivates, supports, and develops teams while driving accountability.
• Proven track record delivering measurable category strategy impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Strategic Sourcing team with growth focus.
• Shape category strategies to support growth, cost objectives and supplier partnerships.
• Drive measurable results across cost, quality, service, risk and innovation.
• Strengthen processes, implement tools and governance frameworks.
• Oversee supplier selection, qualification, audits and performance management.
• Ensure supplier compliance with GMP and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risk proactively.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve supplier and operational challenges.
• Support budgeting, planning and long-term function development.
