Job summary

Logitech is seeking a Sr. Procurement Manager to drive indirect spend strategy and partner with C-suite and executives to deliver sustainable value.

You will lead strategic sourcing, category management, and transformational initiatives using data analytics and AI storytelling to inform decisions. This hybrid role requires strong negotiation, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to influence at the highest levels while delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading indirect procurement initiatives across IT, Marketing, Professional Services, HR and facilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence C-suite and senior leaders.
• Experience leveraging data and AI to drive procurement decisions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior leaders, delivering strategic insights and opportunities to optimize third-party spend.
• Develop and execute category strategies across indirect spend areas, leading high-value sourcing from market analysis to contracts.
• Lead cross-functional sourcing with Finance and Legal to deliver measurable benefits and risk mitigation.
• Use data storytelling to translate spend and supplier insights into clear recommendations for executives.
• Mentor procurement teams and promote continuous improvement and value creation.
