Job summary

Google Ireland in Dublin is seeking a Senior Account Executive Leader to drive advertising strategies for SMBs and mid-market clients. You will build trusted relationships with business owners, translate needs into Google solutions, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable growth.

The role emphasizes executive engagement, portfolio management, KPI tracking, and collaboration with Google Customer Solutions teams to maximize client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 11 years of sales experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or advertising agencies.
• Experience with the app marketers and the app ecosystem.
• Experience in a people management role.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of account executives, set and communicate team priorities and make decisions and support activities that align with Google's values.
• Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
• Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
• Build an in-depth knowledge of how Google advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
• Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business issues, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
