Job summary

Docusign is seeking a German-speaking Install Base Account Executive for the Germany and Austria region. You will manage a portfolio of existing clients, focus on footprint expansion, and drive new revenue through cross-sell of product lines.

You will partner with Renewal Managers on renewals while focusing on expansion strategies. You will work within an SMB segment across multiple business units, selling to varied personas including C-level executives.

Qualifications

• Native-level German and professional English fluency.
• Minimum 18 months of SaaS or similar tech sales experience.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a high-volume sales pipeline.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and activity metrics.
• Strong time management and organisational skills in a monthly-paced cadence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct whitespace mapping across assigned accounts to identify unmapped units and cross-sell opportunities.
• Drive new ARR and portfolio value growth through strategic expansion plans.
• Use consultative account management to uncover growth opportunities.
• Leverage internal champions to gain introductions across corporate structures.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Renewals during account reviews and QBRs.
• Lead full-cycle expansion deals from discovery to negotiation and closing.
• Maintain CRM hygiene with forecasts against annual quota and monthly pacing.
• Share successful expansion strategies and market insights with the team.
