Job summary

Valeo Service is seeking a Site HR Business Partner Manager to drive HR strategy and operations at the site level, ensuring fair policy oversight and effective employee relations. You will partner with site leadership to plan skills, staffing, and development, while coaching the HR team and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The role requires a degree in HR with at least five years in HR, including manufacturing experience, and proficiency in HRIS and Office suites.

Qualifications

• Degree/Masters in HR is required.
• Minimum 5 years in HR roles including employee relations.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with HRIS and Google/Microsoft suites.

Responsibilities

• Deploy Talent Development campaigns (annual appraisals, mid-year reviews, salary reviews) per Group policy.
• Partner with site management to align HR with future skills and staffing needs.
• Manage and coach the HR function responsible for site HR support.
• Support recruitment activity as required.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and audit requirements (IATF, Revenue).
• Oversee data integrity in HR systems and HR policies across the site.
