Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication to relevant stakeholders.

• IT proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Promote best procurement practices across the Group.
• Develop sourcing and risk mitigation strategies.
• Research, source and prequalify new suppliers to introduce contingencies.
• Research and surface new potential projects and opportunities.
• Follow market trends to identify fit-for-purpose products.
• Prepare tender documentation and analyse responses.
• Negotiate prices with suppliers and manage disputes.
• Lead project deployment and change management within categories.
• Manage supplier relationships and provide reports to senior management.
• Review contracts and terms of sale with a focus on value for money.
• Support cross-functional regional managers with project objectives.
• Assist in monitoring category performance and cost efficiencies.
