Stripe in Dublin is seeking a Hunter Account Executive for the Startup SaaS Platforms team. You will prospect, articulate Stripe's value, and advise startups on using Stripe to scale their business.

You will own the full sales cycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop outbound strategies to win high-growth startups. The role emphasizes German and English communication, strategic account management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, global company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing/closing sales role.
• Ability to understand complex technical ecosystems.
• Fluent in German and English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a named account list within Startup SaaS Platforms.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to win and expand business.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, Operations, and Marketing to drive deals to activation.
• Build relationships with executive stakeholders and represent Stripe in the local ecosystem.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to product adoption.
