Job summary

Element Fleet Management is seeking a Proposal Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Ireland. You will lead bid strategy, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and drive detailed proposal plans to win client engagements.

Responsibilities include writing and editing proposal content, managing timelines, and maintaining a repository of past proposals for efficiency. Strong MS Office skills and experience with government bids are a plus.

Qualifications

• BS or BA (or equivalent) with 3+ years sales proposal experience.
• Fleet experience a plus.
• Government bid experience a plus.
• Experience with business and/or creative writing.
• Experience with presentation software and crafting sales presentations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a bid strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Coordinate with teams to gather information and resources for the bid.
• Create detailed proposal plans with timelines, milestones, responsibilities, and resources.
• Write, edit, and review proposal content for clarity and impact.
• Organize and maintain bid repository and templates for efficient future bids.
