Qualifications

• Degree (BSc / MSc) in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Architecture.
• Chartered professional membership required (e.g., SCSI, RICS, CIOB, APM, or IEI).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a major development scheme in Limerick, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Act as primary Client Representative / Employers Representative (ER) with executives and authorities.
• Manage full project lifecycle: procurement, design team, planning, tendering, contracts, handover.
• Develop and maintain master execution plans, risk logs, budgets, and milestone programs.
• Mentor and develop junior/mid-level project managers.
