Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Program Advisory Consultant to support the Deputy Programme Director on a major infrastructure project. You will research, analyse trends and benchmark, while collaborating with senior project members to design cross-cutting programme initiatives that support delivery across the lifecycle.

The role requires strong critical thinking, multi-project management and relationship-building skills, with opportunities to contribute to policy actions and financial analyses.

Qualifications

• Strong academic performance and degree in a relevant discipline.
• 1–3 years of advisory experience preferred.
• Experience in economic/financial analysis and programme management.

Responsibilities

• Support Programme Advisory team under Deputy Programme Director.
• Conduct research, analyse trends and benchmark for cross-cutting initiatives.
• Assist in policy research, economic modelling and business case development.
• Prepare and participate in progress meetings and workshops.
• Maintain and update records and ensure standards compliance.
